Conservation Projects

See attached examples of built schemes in the Northamptonshire area that I supported whilst working in the public sector.

These building conservation projects demonstrate the range of successfully completed developments that I was involved with whilst working for my former employer, from traditional designs to perhaps more challenging contemporary architectural solutions. The thought process which governed the positive outcomes is easily transferred to my present consultancy practice, essentially being to try to accommodate peoples’ modern “lifestyle” requirements whilst respecting recognized design and conservation principles as they relate to historic buildings and areas. Potential clients would also benefit from my knowledge of the local vernacular in the county of Northamptonshire as well as the personalities and working methods of the constituent local council officers.
